SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic orders placed Monday through Saturday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Sales tax is applicable to merchandise shipped to a California, New York, Virginia, or Washington state address. Sales tax is applicable to merchandise shipped to all Australian addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times above are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

It is important to us at DREEMS that you are happy with your purchase, and in the case that you are not fully satisfied with the item you received you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. DREEMS is happy to offer an exchange or a refund within this period.
Returning an item is simple, just send DREEMS an email with your order #. An e-mail with return instructions will follow shortly after. A refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all DREEMS and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
DREEMS offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your DREEMS account in the form of a store credit. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
DREEMS will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. If a better price is found, please email us a link and we will adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. Requests can be made when placing your order or within DREEMS' 7 day return window.
RETURNS ON ORIGINAL ARTWORK & FINE ART (over $1000)
Original artwork must be received, in perfect condition, back to DREEMS within 7 days of order date. All returns of original artwork will incur a 10% restocking fee. THERE IS NO RETURN OF ART OVER $1000. Delivery and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please follow return instructions above.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to orders being refused or a no returns policy on your order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
